TEAS test scores

Hi, I just took my TEAS exam today and I scored a 81.2 over-all. Do you think that I should re-take the test? I see people listing that they have an over-all score and then a percentile that's higher. How do I figure that out? Funny, I got 92% on the math section and I have no idea how this percentile is figured out! Thanks!
