Spanish or Psychology?

I am a BSN student and i have some extra space to take classes outside of my curriculum.
I have come up with two options.
1. Have a more demanding schedule and get a minor in psychology.
2. Have a less demanding schedule and take a few Spanish classes, but i would not have a declared minor in Spanish.
Which would be more valuable/useful in my career as a nurse and for getting jobs and getting accepted into a Nurse Practitioner school in the future?
I'm interested in ER or intensive care pediatrics.
