Seriously, difference between HESI and NCLEX?

  1. 0 Hey everybody, need your opinion. My teacher says she bases her questions off HESI questions and not NCLEX questions- I been researching this for the longest time but I still can't figure out what's the difference. From what I understand, HESI compromises of more case study based questions with more knowledge based questions - but that sounds like the nclex to me!!!

In my experience, no. The questions are very similar. I felt that taking the exit HESI twice (program requirement) really prepared me for NCLEX. Compared to test questions in, let's say med/surg, NCLEX/HESI questions were a lot easier
