Senior Year Game Plan...New Grad Programs

Hey everybody.

I'm entering my senior year of my BSN program out here in CA, and looking for some advice. For those of you who've graduated, passed your NCLEX, and gotten into new grad programs...congratulations!

As for the rest of us, (I'm speaking for several of my fellow classmates) we'd like to know: what can we do during this final year of school to maximize our time and make ourselves marketable to new grad program recruiters? We want to hone our résumés so we can get hired (and who doesn't?).

Hopefully we can all benefit from the tips here.

Thanks in advance!

I am a senior too with one course to go starting this month and I would like to know the answer for that question. Thanks for asking.
