    Hi everyone!
    I haven't been on here in a while. Hope life is treating all of you well or at least treating you! Lol!
    I have someone I would like you all to meet....This is Rudy Athay....Rudy is doing a research paper on the effects of stress on nurses. Sooooooo I brought him here to talk to some of you.     first you need to define the concept of stress. Do you mean emotions or behaviors? I believe stress could have a different definition for each individual. Are you looking for situations that lead up to specific behaviors, or just trying to assess someone's state of mind and how they react when in that mode? Need more info

    To better ask my question, I want to know of some of the sources in which the stress comes from. As well as the affects from the stress like, how did it affect your performance on the job? Stress is different for everyone, so if you were affected physicaly or mentally, all responses are welcome.

    Anything will help, personal stories, co-worker's stories, or just examples.
