Questions of Accelerated and NYU

Hey kids---hope everyone is doing well.

o.k. so i'm applying to a few nursing programs for my bsn (i already have a degree in bio)....NYU, Downstate (SUNY) and Stont Brook....all three of which are accelerated..and Rutgers.

question:
NYU and Rutgers offer better programs, or am I wrong?
How was NYU's accelerated?
How was Downstates?
(i don't ask of stont brook b/c honestly..i don't want to go...i applied as an effort to increase my odds of getting in school next year. hey...i'm from jersey...its way too far out in LI for me

Lastly...of those who went to NYU....how do you get aid?? to be honest...i really want to go there! but right now i work full-tim making 35 a yr..which i'm sure matters at any other school..except NYU is private and expensive, right?
what should i do? i won't find out if i'm accepted until may...and all scholarships i've seen require you to already be in school.

ANY advice would be appreciated!
