    A hospital in the near burbs - I was called about two weeks after I sat for and passed the NCLEX-RN after applying there the day I got my ATT and my test date.

    Hospital I did clinicals at. Was hired before end of my last semester. Sent application, call for interview in 30 minutes.

    A tiny, rural hospital... kinda the right place at the right time when a relative was speaking to a newly hired nurse who passed along that they were looking for somebody else. I cold-called the DON and got hired. It was about 3 weeks after I received notice that I'd passed the NCLEX.
