PHARM final

I am so nervous about my Pharm final Tues. If I don't pass with an 84 I am out of the program. We also have to take a math exam on IV flow rates, reconstitution and some general tab and cap distribution. That is on a pass/fail scale and if we don't pass that we are kicked out also. There are only 25 questions on the math exam and their will be 50 on the CUMULATIVE final. Praying hard.

I have read many people say that if they don't pass such and such, they are going to be kicked out of the program.... Do you (they) mean out of the nursing program?? You do not get a chance to repeat that particular course? I just think it is hard to get somethings the first time.. Especially if it is completely foreign to you.

I do not mean to sound dumb about it. I have not gotten the specifics about our program since I have not officially been accepted. I am getting ready to start some pre-reqs this spring semester.

Yep, out of the nursing program. Done. Finished. Tuition forfeited. Failed the course.

Some programs allow you to re-enroll IF there is room, some have a limit on how many times your can retake classes. For instance, if I failed say 2nd semester, I could retake it. BUT I am only allowed to retake a total of 2 times the entire nursing program. So, I retake 2nd semester and pass. Fail 3rd, and retake it. Fail again... done forever.

Remember though, that some programs have waiting lists though and you get put on it before you can retake.
