Paying for Graduate Nursing Program

Hello everyone,

I was recently accepted into the Generalist Entry Masters Program at Rush University. There is a particular program that is willing to pay for tuition, books, supplies, etc. plus a stipend if I am willing to work in an area of critical shortage for nurses. I am wondering if anyone has done this? What are the cons? Do they pay you competitively? How many hours are you expected to work for the two years? Vacation time? Any advice would help...

Thanks
