Oregon OCNE or Transfer?

Hi there,

I am needing advice on whether I should stick to the path I am on or transfer to Concordia University Portland. I am just finishing up the prereqs to the OCNE schools (Oregon). I know it is highly highly competitive to get into an OCNE school which is why I am worried. I will be applying with a 3.6 (possible 3.7) with all B's in A&P.. I know it is not the best so I am curious if anyone knows or has advice on my likelihood of getting in my first year applying. I do not want to be deferred for years as I have heard some people are.. I am trying to decide to risk my chances or if I should transfer to Concordia University as a sophomore to do a year there and apply to their program as an internal student. I need to make this decisions within the next few weeks because it can really change my schedule in order to transfer in the fall. I like both options the only downfall is how expensive Concordia is compared to an OCNE community college would be. I don't qualify for financial aid, only loans which is a hefty commitment I'd be willing to make if I had to. It costs 26K a year, I'd be going for at least 3-4 years so I will graduate with tons of debt.

Anyone have thoughts or advice? I am really unsure what path to take!!

Did you end up going to Concordia I'm transferring in as a sophomore as well and wondering if you did too?
