I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you mean "how does cleaning affect nurses' health?" In the U.S., nurses don't do major cleaning. Hospitals and nursing homes have housekeeping/"environmental services" staff that do it, and as far as I know it hasn't affected their health. We have many, many occupational health and safety standards to help protect all workers.

But as far as nurses go, we'll wipe up big spills w/ towels and then have someone come and mop to get it really clean; if we break glass we'll pick up the big pieces and then have them come w/ their huge vacuum cleaner. So we'll do the initial cleaning just so that there's not a big puddle of blood on the floor, but otherwise we focus on nursing duties.

Please clarify. What do you mean by "nurses who make dusting at them work"? How do you make dusting? Dusting is a verb. You cannot make dusting.

In the U.S. the majority of facility cleaning is handled by environmental services/janitorial staff not licensed nurses and direct care professionals.
