I am going to apply to a nursing school in Pittsburgh PA and part of the admissions process is to take the NLN (National League for Nursing Pre-Admissions Examination-RN).
Has anyone out there taken it and if so what is covered in the examination? Is it very hard?
Also, the school I am applying to is offering a program where they will pay your tuition if you sign a contract that states you will work for them two years after graduating and passing the license exam. Any thoughts??????

I have not taken the test yet, but if you go to Maazon or Barnes and Noble online and do a search for those types of books you will find some to help prepare. I myself went to Hastings bookstore and got a Barron's book for 15.00....hope you find one that will help you

Just a little piece of information!
The only one that has come up time and time again with nurses and the NLN is the Barron's book. Also, the NLN offers old tests for review (I believe it was only $10 per test, if I remember correctly).
I hope this helps!
