by badwolf Aug 8, '12So, I've been really focused on getting into nursing school and getting my CNA certification, but I haven't really thought to get any feedback on what to expect from my upcoming classes.
My first semester is light. I will be taking Pathophysiology, Gerontology, Health Assessment (and lab), and Professionalism in Nursing.
I know what these classes are, I just wondered what you all thought of them. Did you love them, hate them? Which did you find hard, which easy, etc. One of the advisers told me that Prof. in Nursing was a lot of projects, what kind of projects?
Thanks for any info! I'm actually not really nervous, yet! I'm just kind of excited to get going. Our school has the books packaged, so I can't find out what books I will use yet, or I would have already started looking them over to get an idea.

I'm super anxious and worried as well, specifically about pharmacology since math is not my strong suit.RNintraining72 and Nance1109 like this. - Aug 8, '12 by lojohnsonRN2bI haven't started the RN program yet, still on waiting list but Pathophysiology is a course that I was able to take prior to starting the program (while I wait) and it was such a great class in the sense that it is fascinating but it is extremely hard. In my opinion MUCH harder than A&P. Good luck in your first semester, that is exciting!
