need help with EKGs

  1. I have always had a difficult time with the cardiac system for some reason, I just don't seem to grasp it as well as the other systems. Does anyone have any good resources/links for EKGs and arrhythmias? I am sure it has been posted on here before, if so, maybe you could just direct me to that link? Thank you so much!!:spin:

Here is a link to the "Helpful Information for the Unit" sticky in the CCU Forum. There is good EKG info here.

this website is not posted on the above link are:
crucial to understanding arrhythmias is knowing normal anatomy and physiology of the heart and the heart's electrical system. arrhythmias are generated as a result of pathophysiology of the heart's electrical conduction system. the patient then may or may not experience physical symptoms as a result of the arrhythmia.
