I would probably still go to the interview because you're able to get face time with HR, and then you can reiterate to them that you are graduating from school in the next 5 weeks.
I think it's better to get your foot in the door, then apply for a different position once you pass your NCLEX. The employment climate for new grads is very difficult these days, and most employers actually want you to show proof of your license before hiring you, at least this way, you can take your time studying for boards. Then when you pass you already have an internal access to them, which is usually a priority over external applicant anyway.
As for the pregnancy, I truly believe in honesty the first time around, especially because this is not something you'll be able to hide from them.
I say definitely go for the interview because you really are not going to lose anything if they decide not to hire you.
