by nursetobe15 Feb 24Starting nursing school in the fall. What are some good nclex books I can use to start practicing questions? I've heard about Kaplan stragetegies, practice and review book but it doesn't have a lot of questions. I've always heard about ati but don't know anything about it. What books has helped you?

The NCLEX resources that I found most helpful for my learning style were the Pearson Reviews and Rationales series. I have the all-inclusive latest edition:
Hogan, MaryAnn's Pearson Reviews & Rationales: Comprehensive Review for NCLEX-RN (2nd Edition) (Reviews & Rationales Series) 2nd (second) edition by Hogan, MaryAnn published by Prentice Hall [Paperback] (2011): Amazon.com: Books
And also several of the others (OB, Peds, Pharmacology). I would suggest that you flip through a few different ones in the bookstore and see which ones are easiest for you to use. I also had Mosby's and did not like that one at all.
