My GPA is killing me!

My GPA is a 2.5 which is what is required to get into the Nursing program at my school. I am doing good now, but my "educational skills" from 11 years ago are haunting me! I am taking A&P and Nutrition right now, which I am getting B's in both, but next week we have a lab practical over bones, muscles, brain and blood. 75 blanks and we have to name the parts and spell correctly that he points to. I am freaking myself out, because if I get a C in this class, it is really going to kill my GPA. AAHHHH!!!!! Has anyone ever gotten denied because of GPA? My advisor says they are very forgiving when admitting students, but there are like 80 applying and only 40 get in.

OK, done rambling. Thanks for listening!! :roll

First off, RELAX. I know that seems hard, but adding stress onto your thought process is not going to help you right now.

As for your GPA. A good admissions team will look at how you've been doing since you've returned to school and also your letters of reference (if you have to give any).

Good luck and just keep looking over all the things that could be on the test just to burn them into your brain. As long as you make the effort, you should do okay.
