Anyone else out there running through LVN to RN with their hair on fire and no water to put it out with??? I stay in a dazed state. Just trying to keep from falling down and being trampled on by the others~

Is there anything specific we can help you with? Time management, study tips, communication, etc?

In my personal experience, the LPN-to-RN program was academically and socially easier than the LVN program I completed. What exactly is giving you difficulties?

First of all,,,I need to get a better understanding of the math. I do not understand the dimensional analysis. I'm finally getting a grip on it, but only after teaching myself. I want to be able to understand how to set the problems up. And that goes for tablets all the way to IV 's and IV push rate calculations, diluted and undiluted. I didn't have to learn this as an LVN 20 years ago. This short semester is so fast, there is no time to read,,,just skim power points. This class,,,ASSUMES LVN's already know what they are talking about. So, I need a little advice on the math (I'm pretty smart with math,,,this new way I what I have to learn),,,and how to study more efficiently. Thank you for any help you can send my way!!!
