I saw somewhere that there is a good vitamin that may help you increase your memory.. Does anyone one remember which one is was.. or give me the link to the post?

There are many substances touted by the supplement industry to do what you mentioned above, but I think you might be talking about Huperzine A, which is isolated from Chinese club moss. There was a recent article on MSN about it:
