I work in hospital as trainee. with course leadership and management i deal with different nationalities, Filipinos and an Egyptian and a Saudi and Indian and British .I observe multigenerational leader in worked place they have different in age including workforce differences in attitudes, beliefs ,different experience and style of education ...this is big challenge that can effect in work production and improvement we can promote this difference to make difference vision that can improve work place as a team

we can reduce this conflict by some strategies to improve work environment .

Thank you......another suggestion is to embrace each culture....become educated to each culture......It will facilitate communication and patient care if the leader embraces each country and culture.......then adjust the structure of care to the patients and the education/participation of the staff accordingly.

this will help each employee embrace each culture and understand opposing cultures towards a more harmonious work environment.
