just when I thought I had saw it all! - page 2
I know times are tough but I hope I would never have to do this. I wonder have they made any money.... Read More
Dec 23, '04A couple years ago, there was a nursing student on eBay selling home-baked cookies, fudge etc. She did get bidders.
Dec 24, '04Hey can't blame 'em for trying. I have been desperate enough to think of something like this before, but I'd never go through with it. It just seems so shady. I saw on a talk show one time there was an ex-stripper going toand she had a website where people could send her donations, at the time she had recieved like $5,000 so far for her education. Ah well to each their own.
Dec 24, '04Quote from BabyRN_06If this is legit...
The first lady has three semesters left! Heck, she might as well just come out and say she needs someone to pay for her entire college education! I feel bad for the people that actually place a bid because it seems like a huge scam to me. If it's not then I'm wrong...but I doubt I'm wrong. You just can't trust anybody or anything anymore. How sad.
How is 3 semesters her entire education? Are you guys in some kind of accelerated program?
update: just saw shes in a 1 yr program.Last edit by z's playa on Dec 24, '04
Dec 24, '04Unbelievable the one with the picture should consider a reading/class before attending school. The errors in her ad don't exactly give one faith that she could excel as a atudent.
Dec 24, '04WOW....LMAO! Why didn't I think of this....I could have more Ebay spending money! I can just say, if it's legit, I hope they get help, if not, I hope they don't get a dime!
...adding a picture? Does she think glamour will get her money? Might as well sell dirty socks to support her education......other people sell them! lmao

Hope both NEVER make it. I wouldn't want either to be my nurse. NO scruples.
Maybe both are in serious need of help and encouragement

I know at least one nurse who worked her way through nursing school as a stripper
Dec 24, '04Quote from fotografeI love that the first auction the WINNING bidder has to pay $2.00 in shipping. Doesn't a first class stamp cost 39 cents?
The second one, the picture looks a whole lot like Nicole Brown Simpson's sister. It seems really creepy to me,
In any event, maybe they can get the person who bought that grilled cheese sandwich to pay for school. HA.
I thought the picture kinda resembled Michael Jackson myself... :uhoh21:
Dec 24, '04Heck! I'm desperate enough to consider this! haha. I wouldn't go through w/it though. This is a time when getting a job would do my financial situation more harm than good. Pan handling on ebay is a bit much though. Weird.
