i am just finishing up my bsn - was supposed to grad in may, but my 14 yo daughter had an argument with a go-kart. for the most part the go-kart won, so i'll be making up some couse work and finishing next december.

i am a single mom of 3 kids ages 3, 5 and 14. my middle child is a boy and the other two are girls. between them, school and working as clinical assistant at children's hospital i am always on the move!:roll

i look forward to meeting you all. i wish i'd found this sooner in my student nursing career!!

    Hi to all,
I am a new student this quarter. I'm taking my prereqs to get into a new LPN program that's being offered. There are only 25 spots in the program and so the competition is fierce and catty.
I've learned not to believe everything I hear from other students. Less stress that way I am loving my classes and so far am doing very well in all of them. I am hoping if accepted into the LPN
program to hopefully complete that and go on for my RN ADN & BSN. That's all a ways off & at this point I'm focusing just on the task at hand. Thanks for reading & I look forward to chatting.

    Hi everyone!

Hi everybody, I'm a Kim too (call me kimy if you like). I just got all my pre-reqs outta the way and I start clincals in August. I'm 28 and have one child (my hubby of 6 years who I swear will never grow up...but i wouldn't change that for the world b/c he keeps me young) and a dog that keep me busy.

I'm in a four semester ADN program. I have big plans....After I graduate and pass the boards I want to immediatly start working towards my BSN and then hopefully towards being a nurse anesthetist, but that's forever away.

I'm just so glad there's a site like this out there!

I'm terrified. I've become an insomniac over the last few weeks. Can't imagine what it's going to be like once I actually start the "real deal".

Well good luck to all of you!
