I live in the pikeville area. Have you ever been here? Have you ever join in the Hillbilly Days fun? It is kind of like the Apple festive:)

I have been to Pikeville, but never to the Apple Festival. We usually go to Prestonsburg and MacDowell to visit aunts and uncles, up in the "hollers" :chuckle. I love to go visit my mom and other relatives. We spend a lot of time on Paintsville Lake fishin'. :)

I am going to start classes at Lees College this fall and am gonna transfer to EKU in a few semesters. Hope to make it into emergency nursing. If you couldn't tell from the name I am a nursing dude. Are you taking the KCTCS route or Pikeville College? Hope that you are doing well in your course work.

I have been going to KCTCS (now BSCTC) But I have been accepted into the PC RN program. I go from the feet of the hill to the MT top:chuckle

I am in Massachusetts now but was born in Whitely county. My Papaw banked in Willaimsburg... we were in Rockholds, even smaller.
