You'll find lots of research studies in the literature and some of them should strike you as being more interesting than others. You could also find discussions on a wide variety of possible research topics by browsing this website.
Use those topics for your assignment. Dob't expect to have good topics pop into your from nowhere -- as if by magic. Browse a little and stimulate your thinking by reading what others are doing.midgetnurse likes this.
