Help! In need of 2 more Fetal Diagnosis for during delivery

by megjt7

Hello! I am in the last few weeks of my OB rotation and finishing up my care plan. The instructions read: "Primary concerns in caring for this fetus during labor and delivery" and I must come up with 5 total diagnosis that include actual and potential. I'm clear on the potential (Risk for aspiration r/t mucous secretions, Risk for infection r/t mother GBS positive, and Risk for trauma r/t nuchal cord x1). Now I need 2 more that really need to be actual. He was a 36 wk, 6 day baby with a healthy 7lb wt and APGARs of 8 & 9. He had no complications whatsoever. I have researched all over the internet, in my nursing diagnosis book, and forum after forum without success. I don't even need anything other than diagnosis (No NIC or NOC) and it's making me nuts! Can anyone help?!

My instructor was also big on ineffective airway clearance. Ineffective airway clearance was another. This would work if you did some suctioning after birth.
