Graduation Friday feeling really weird !!!

Graduation is Friday
Took my last test TODAY!!!!!!!
Have NCLEX review all day tomorrow and Graduation practice then we are all going out to celebrate
Thursday have a class to go over IV therapy, no test in it
Friday have to go and decorate stage and cafeteria for our ceremony and recpetion and 6:00 PM GRADUATE!!!!!
I am nervous and excited and even kinda sad to leave everyone and wonder how I will feel not being a nursing student anymore!!!
I am taking a couple of online classes next semester but no more classes on the campus till next fall, not sure how to behave without books in my car and my table covered in papers and no careplans to write.
This has been the center of my life for 2 years my whole focus feeling really weird, anyone else felt this way at graduation? or am I just a strange person

Congrats on your graduation!!!! I have till May 2006.......I think it will be weird not to be in school anymore. That's how it was during the summer for me, since all I took was child psych. Good luck taking the NCLEX!!!!

It feels weird to me too. I graduate on Sunday..Yes, I know..it's a screwy day. The school picked it. I still have all my books in the car and I was done with classes last week.

We took an exit exam last week and sadly 5 people have to go back and repeat semesters 4 and 5..Not sure how they can make them do that..but...And 15 people from our class failed the exit exam within 3 points and can retake the test tomorrow. I am nervous for them..

The test was hard. I am not sure how I passed. Good guessing and process of elimination I suppose. Hehe..and Maslows. Most of the stuff on the test, we never once went over.

Sorry..I changed topics. My mind is wondering tonight hardcore...

Funny you should mention it..... I graduate on Saturday. School is OVER.... and what do I do??? ....Sit up and read Allnurses 'til 2 am! :rotfl:

It must be weird. Must be sort of like growing up and leaving home all over again. How long till you take your NCLEX?

I had my final exam yesterday - I can't believe nursing school is all over. It goes by quick now that I can look back on the last 2 years. My pinning ceremony is Thursday night - I cannot wait!!!!!!
