I am supposed to have a clinical rotation with a home health agency. I've been told to come up with three goals for this clinical expoerience. I have little to no experience with home health so I was wondering what do y'all think would be good goals?

One could involve time management, another could be about making goals for each daily visit (the nuts and bolts of the visit and how the nurse determines what to do each visit), another could be about patient teaching, another could be about the documentation required for home health, another could deal with supervision of home health aides/CNAs, another could be about preparing for/participating in case conferences, another could be about improvement of skills needed for typical visits. Just a few ideas off the top of my head.
