French Speaking Careers

I am a Nursing Student in Illinois. I have an undergraduate degree in French and I was wondering if anyone knows any Careers aside from moving to Montreal or France or doing a Doctors without Borders. I am trying to explore all the possibilities that are out there. If anyone has any ideas, comments n'importe de quoi let me know. I am very open to hearing it all. Thanks guys.
