It seems like you've been studying a lot and have done a lot of practice questions, so I would say you probably have a pretty good chance of passing and even getting an A!
Don't be nervous and read the questions carefully.
I use your same study method and do a lot of NCLEX questions before tests. For my first Med/Surg test (2nd semester, it was my first real critical thinking test) I got an 85, I didn't get an A just because I misread 2 questions
. For my 2nd test I was more confident and got a 92.5
. I've been getting good grades since then (I'm now in my 3rd semester).
So remember, don't freak out and be confident. You know the material, you've practiced so you can do this
