...as you went or are going on in the program? I am in a BSN program and they say the first year is the hardest. And I know every one tells me that B's are good for nursing school yet, I wonder if it will be even harder to keep the grades up, or since it "gets easier" your grades go up? We start pharm next semester and I am about to watch my flight or fight response go wild.

I personally thought first year was easy compared to second year. But, I managed to keep an A through all quarters with an exception of one, where I got a B (Psych quarter, yuck). It's doable, no matter what anyone says, keep doing the best you can and make sure you take at least one day a week for yourself, if you can't take one whole day, then at least a few hours for "You" time! Good luck to you!!

They've been pretty much the same but then again I am only 1/2 way through semester #2. Pre-req's I had all A's. Got a B in Fundamentals, got an A in Med/Surg 1. Currently in Psych. I could have had an A in Fundamentals - missed it by .5 but I was so burnt out at the end I literally didn't care....and that's a first for me. lol

I think I am doing better.....the last test was tough and I did MUCH worse than I would've liked, but I also didn't honestly put in the time that I should have...this last test I aced...I don't feel like I put more time or energy in, but perhaps I did....

I was always a straight-A person....but I'm at the point in my life that it's more important to me to learn the fundamentals and do the best I can and not go crazy....it's so much information and so much to absorb and there are just times when I "can't" anymore....and I've gotten to be okay with that...

It hasn't chnaged too much yet, but I can forsee me not getting A's next semester with more family things on my plate. I am definately ok with that.
