Nope. Just once. You can only take it a second time for extra credit.

If you are a licensed RN educated via the diploma or ADN route, and you return to school later to finish a BSN, that has no effect at all on your licensure. You were a licensed RN before and you're still a licensed RN. No repeat of the NCLEX.

You don't get an RN degree. You get an Associate degree in nursing. You get licensed as an RN by passing the NCLEX-RN. How many degrees you collect afterward has nothing to do with your initial license to practice.
