Hi everyone,

i have to write a paper and interview 3 different types of nurses. An LPN, a RN, and an Advanced Practice Nurse. If you don't mind answering these questions for me i would really appreciate it!!!
Describe the number of years/types of educational experience you have?
Describe the different roles in which you have worked in health care?
Explore how professionalism is incorporated in your role as a nurse?
Determine what advice you would offer to a person beginning in the nursing profession.
The advice you would offer for the nursing student as they work toward the completion of their degree?

If you could answer these as soon as you can I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank You!!

Describe the number of years/types of educational experience you have? BSN 24 years
Describe the different roles in which you have worked in health care? staff nurse (direct patient care - meds, charting, treatments, feeding, toileting), team leader (all of the above + round w/docs, take off orders, patient & family teaching, fighting with aides to get them to do their jobs), manager all of the foregoing plus staffing, hire, fire, counsel)
Explore how professionalism is incorporated in your role as a nurse? not sure it's incorporated, it's just what a professional nurse does and is; high quality care and good character
Determine what advice you would offer to a person beginning in the nursing profession. Be prepared to work holidays, weekends, and every hour of the day and night. You will be handling lives and you need to always keep that in mind so you will treat people the way you want to be treated.
The advice you would offer for the nursing student as they work toward the completion of their degree? Same.

If you could answer these as soon as you can I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank You!!
I wish you well.
