Christ nursing waiting list --HELP

Hey everybody. I applied to The Christ College of Nursing in Cincinnati, OH and I just got my letter today saying that I am on the wait list. I'm so so disappointed, I thought for sure I would get in. I have great grades, I had a recommendation and I am even currently enrolled there as a non-degree student. The letter said that they had a huge amount of qualified students this year and don't have enough faculty to accept all. Does anybody have any experience with this? How long is their waiting list? What are my odds of being admitted now? Any comments of encouragement would greatly help me. Thank you guys.

P.S. Anybodies experience with being wait listed would greatly help---even if different school ;-)

Well, asually the top grades or testing grades get in first. If you are on the wait list you will be eligible for the next class that starts and so on. But, how are your grades? I would contact the school and speak to some one directly about what your chances are. That way if need be, you can apply to other schools.

in high school I had graduated with a 3.1. I had a 23 ACT on and 1250 on SAT. I also have 3 years of college credits...trust me I have a great file!! yeah, I think I may apply to Bohecker in the meantime. everywhere else has like a 2year waiting list just for clinicals
