by frencheeek Aug 18, '12Hi,I start Nursing School in less than 3 weeks. When I finish the program, I will have my ASN and from there I will transfer school to get my BSN. My only problem is..I think I want to be a surgeon instead of. Nurse. My plan is to still enroll this semester, but is it worth the money and time, when I should be focusing on something else? It is wise to keep my Nursing Degree so I can always "fall back" on something? Do school prefer RNs, or non RNs? I'm just not sure what to do

Four years of premedical undergrad, then apply to medical schools, four years of medical school, then four years of residency.Hi,I start Nursing School in less than 3 weeks.
