    I am working on my first peds care plan. My patient was a 2 year old with cellulitis and abscess on her arm. She had an I&D with packing. I have to do a care plan on the top 3 nursing diagnoses and I'm stuck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Oh and pain has to be one of them because she was receiving IV pain meds. I'm having trouble with the other two. I was thinking maybe Anxiety or knowledge deficient.
