Bullying in the workplace

Hello! I am an RN-BSN student, and I'm doing a school project on Horizontal Violence, also known as Lateral Violence or workplace bullying. I am looking for some stories for my project, and I was hoping to find some here. I will not use your name, or Login info, just the story signed "Anonymous".

I have been a nurse for 7 years and have seen my share of bullying, especially when it comes to new nurses. I am going to give this presentation to nursing students as well as veteran nurses.
