I was thinking of getting a few books, not books to read early, but books that would be of help when i start. What would be a good Dosage Calculation teaching book, also Has anyone heard of "Nursing Diagnosis Handbook, A guide to planning care". Also what other book should i get

If that is the one by Ackley, it is very good and we used it in my program.
I would suggest maybe some magazines instead, like Nursing Made Incredibly Easy and/or RN. They are informative and make sense even to the 'newbie'.

Math for Meds, by Anna Curren is a good dosage calc book that you can use for self-teaching.

Dosage Calculations by Gloria Pickar is a very good book. My school recommended that we get this one for our dosage calc pre-test. It really helped!
