Anyone else got anything going on?

Merry Christmas and/or Happy Hanukkah everyone, even the bah humbugers (HAHA I KID I KID) and Happy New Year. 2011 is going to be a great year, I can just feel it!

So, I have been "off" since the summer semester. I begin nursing school in Jan. But, I have read some good books, cooked every night for the fam, love on my kids and hubby, and am hoping to sew. All the things I will miss during my 1st semester!

Happy holidays!!!

Im a bahumbuger. I hate the holidays. Except this year was nice as my family decided no christmas presents! I was able to spend some time with them which is good/bad.

New Years is when the fun begins though with my friends annual costume new years ball. After that its back to the house to work on it and get it the way we want it. Start work on Jan 10 so its like going back to school

I have about four weeks off, and my family thinks I should spend every waking moment with just them and doing nothing else, but my 'me' time is spent studying for our new semester of fabulous fun. I should probably be painting my nails or something.

Nothing exciting for me... just hanging out with friends and family, eat, SLEEP, watch TV, eventually study for next semester and SLEEP some more!

Did you get a house? Did you and your GF get back together (guessing when you say we, I thought I read you all broke up but I could have that mixed up with the other guy. LOL) Visiting family is always bitter sweet. I start back the 16th I think (day after MLK day) but I am leaving again for Corpus Christi from the 19th to 23rd. Than my vacations are done with.

Nothing wrong with that, I have been doing a lot of it!

Relaxing. Enjoying my family.

Oh, yeah, and cleaning the house. The dust bunnies have proliferated this past semester!

I have spent my free time working out at the gym, cleaning and sleeping..... mainly sleeping!!! I really needed it. My son is visiting his dad until Christmas day so I'm enjoying the quiet time. I love browsing around the mall but it's just too crowded so I'll wait until after Christmas. My goal is to do absolutely nothing so I'm well rested for my last semester!!!

Awww..I'm from San Diego (I miss it so much). I live in Illinois now. I've been going to the gym everyday, so I feel good about that. Other than that, no plans. They never work out. I'm more of "lets see what happens" kinda person. Happy Holidays to all.

Yea it's a nice area, I grew up there as a kid, but I would never want to live there or Southern Cali again, I don't mind visiting. The husband now wants to nap first before we take off (which is dumb since he will still be to tired and make me drive anyway :|) but it's going to be a long night and day for me. 17 hr drive from where I am and going over a few passes.
