Any grads finding jobs?

I am going to school in Toledo, OH and while I have a few clinicals left, my job search (just out of curiosity) has turned up disappointing results. ALL of the jobs I've found want experience. I've checked Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, and of course Toledo and I cannot seem to find anything promising. Anyone else experiencing this and any advice? I am willing to relocate but I can't find anything ANYWHERE. Thanks guys
