6 right in administering meds

I know I should know this, but I am missing one, can someone help me. I have: "right :patient,time,drug,route and dose" what is the 6th one please?

when they say " right" they mean correct, as in 6 things you have to make sure are correct when administering meds.The right to refuse is a different kind of right and not some thing you need to check during administration, or at least that's the way I was taught.

We were taught that the 6th right is documentation. What helps me remember is making a sentence neumonic, such as "People Really Do Take Drugs Daily."

People = Person

Really = Route

Do = Drug

Take = Time

Drugs = Dose

Daily = Documentation

Obviously the "Rights" depend on where you went to school. I was taught:
