Nursing Students General Students

Specializes in Telemetry.

I'm just curious to see how other programs are arranged.

This semester (3 of 4) we are doing maternity nursing, and more med/surg.

Our medsurg topics are the following:

IV Therapy

Musculoskeletal disorders

Connective Tissue disorders

Emergency Nursing and Client management

Liver/Gallbladder/Pancreas

Congenital Heart Disease

Cardiac

As far as cardiac goes, we did cardiac last semester as well, so I'm thinking this will be more in depth than before.

Also, how is your pacing of the material covered? We cover each topic in a week, and have a test every week. Is this similar for every one?

Just curious! :)
