i like the way you think, dianne. congratulations on entering your last semester!
those that bridge in at my school only take one semeter that's totally different from the generic [the program i entered] students and unlike your lpn-rn program, ours is 4 semester rather than 3 semester but this is the last semester, none the less, for both the bridge and the generic students, such as myself.
feels good, doesn't it!
Yes! I'm am so stoked. I am ready to start back. Next Wednesday is way to far off. We are actually going to have a joint pinning ceremony w/ the generic class to help keep cost down. But, everyone in our class is either an LPN/paramedic. It has been a rough 6 months, we have lost quite a few folks. Some of them really good friends. Most of us have families, full time jobs and other responsibilities. My huney, will start his bridge program in May when I graduate. He has been wonderful, working extra hours so I can not work so many.
I haven't heard from to many that are doing their classes this way. Plus, there are only like 4 of us that are over 40. Hee hee...I'm not sure if that makes it easier or harder.
