Nursing Faculty Salaries

As you all know we have a nursing shortage in this country, but we also have a critical shortage in quality nursing faculty partly due to the inequality of salary. I am aware that Master's prepared nurses are paid more in clinical practice than in the educator role.

I am trying to get a feel of just how much disparity exists to complete my market analysis research. All nursing faculty are welcome to reply and if you feel comfortable, please include your salary so that I can document this information. You do not have to give the name of the institution you teach at, just be let me know if it is a state funded nursing program or a private one and also the state you are located in.
