Black and white morgue toe tag labeled "allnurses.com" featured in nursing magazine landed me here 6+ years ago. Easily became hooked.

I stumbled across the site in 2000, when I bought my first home computer. I lurked here for a couple of years, and then right around the first anniversary of 9/11, I decided for some reason to join up and start posting. I'd never used an online message board before, but within a few days I was HOOKED........and I've been here ever since.

Found this site a few years ago while on another Nursing Web site and only joined in the last 2 years.
First post.
Enjoy reading all the posts.
I'm 61 yrs old and had to retire due to medical reasons in 2004.
I'm a diploma RN who went back to college for her BSN at the age of 45.
Entered nursing school out of high school in Sept. 1963.
Really miss the patients and my former staff members but donot miss the long, tiresome and unfulfilled hours.
