Re: 75 Questions on NCLEX, pass or fail?
I felt the same way...The first 30 were not that bad, then it went from I have no idea and picked the best one- VERY similar to taking a Kaplan Tests. I looked up alot and found that I got them WRONG!!!! I few check that apply- WRONG and mostly Priority and Delegation.
I painfully and anxiously waited 48 hours and received my unofficial quick results-
It said PASS!!!!! I praised God, Thanked Christ and called everyone to tell them, who all have been telling me I passed.
I studied 3 months I used content review CD's and tests by Miller, Davis book, Meds Pub, Evolve,
Priority and Delegation Book- I highly recommend and Hesi Review with practice test ( I used my med surg book with HESI and looked up the information as I went along - Increasing my knowledge Big time) Kaplan - Highly recommend- These 3 highly recommended sources were very HARD and higher lever and the best Preparation EVER
I studied 5-6 hrs per day 50-200 questions per day, reviewed the rationales, wrote down the question and answer, I worked HARD.
When it came to the NCLEX I felt that I didn't have enough questions and the test was not as hard as I expected or I just failed it.
Again I tell you- I passed and I am so Happy.
If you put the time into it, it will work.
By the way, I only felt 65% ready for the NCLEX when I took it.
I was not that good with meds, so I studied the basic meds, and the basic math.
