So I feel dumb...lol I passed it on my first try, but I got every single question possible. Talk about stressfull!!! I cried that majority of my way home from taking the test because I was sure I had failed it. I talked to a lot of people in my area that got all the questions this past year... A few people told me they were testing it and some people automatically got all the questions, while others took it like normal... does anyone know if that is true or not?

This is not true, if you get 265 questions it just means that it was hard for the computer to statistically predict that you would be able to practice at the set standard. It in no way reflects your knowledge or intelligence. Everyone gets 15 items being considered for a future test on the NCLEX, no matter if they have 75 or 265 questions.

You passed, that is all that matters, Christie RN!

Passed with 75, but I was not sure if I passed. I took my RN NCLEX in Sept. this year and was on pins and needles until I found out I passed. I have not known anyone that only got 75 and failed, but I have heard tails.

i just took my exam this march 22 2007 and my computer stops at 75..i am really bit sad and scared..is there any chance that i could pass the nclex? they give me so many computations and almost of the questions is really hard...damn!!!even if i study alot i think that even a single that i study didnt came up thats why im upset..pls tell me if there is a chance of passing when the computer stops at 75?because it is really unfair 2 stop at 75 it is much more scarier than answering 265 questions...i cannot sleep honestly thingking about what the results might be..thanks

i took my exam this March 22, 2007 at Saipan.

had 75 items, no computation, lots of pharmacology questions...

3-4 select all that apply...

3-4 sequencing....

my last question was about infection control....

since pharma is my most dreaded subject, i'm pretty certain i failed.
i'm quite sad after the exam and asking why the computer did not give a chance to answer more question so as to had a higher chance of passing.

i went back to my hotel room crying, fell down on my knees and prayed.
feeling sorry for my sister who paid all the fees, including the air-fare and the hotel accommodation.

thank God, God decided it was my time to pass the exam...

i believe that I passed the exam because of God's helped.

to God be the glory...

God bless....
