Does anyone have information about: Is there risk to future babies if a non-pregnant woman is exposed to Zika? Say she recovers without incident and becomes pregnant in a few years.

My friends are going to Miami soon, right into the Zika zone. She is not pregnant and doesn't plan to be for several years. (Of course, unplanned pregnancies can occur).

I also wonder if there is risk to a future baby if the father is exposed, heals uneventfully, but presumably carries the antibody for Zika.

I don't think that is known yet. The CDC website has an extensive Zika section.

At this time, the answer is no. Our info on it is constantly changing.

No, but... I can tell you that the CDC is currently recommending that you wait 8 weeks after symptoms if you're female and 6 months if you're male before attempting to conceive.
