WVU ICU Orientation

I was wondering if anyone could give me a idea of what the orientation is like in the ICU @ Ruby. I am wanting to apply but as a new grad I am little nervous about starting out in the ICU. I'm just wondering how long it is and how helpfor the staff is and a little about it.
