Wsna good or bad idea???


I don't understand what they could possibly do for a nurse I'm confused. I see that they "speak" for you but I think I could do that myself. They list things such as staffing ratios... What is it that they could do about that?? Someone calls in sick, so naturally the remaining nurses would pick up the extra patients right? I don't understand The only thing I do understand is that they support continuing education but our hospitals do that as well... The fees are so high and I'm feeling like it's a waste of money... Can anyone clarify? Pros and cons?
