Way to go!!!!

If we do not stand up for each other no one else will. It took a lot of courage to do that.

I have been an LPN and am an RN. I have worked with great and poor nurses of every educational level. There have been many times when the LPNs have saved my day and my patients.

Hope we all have a great day today:D

Thankyou everyone for your replys, and yes the friends and coworkers that stood up for us are outstanding people.., i have been proven wrong today, there are others that are unselvish, and caring of coworkers and friends :D

Hello wild,

i want you to know that it was i who initiated the fight, buy talking to all the local and ER doc,s . All the others joined the fight. But if it had not been for her finding this letter i would be looking for employment elsewhere.. The ER and med surg staff truely stuck together, not just because of the LPN issue, but because they didnt want to work for managment and administration that would let this kind of behavior continue. So they were also fighting for them selves to, and yes she has all the backing of her friends and coworkers also. thanks alicia,

LIFE IS TO SHORT TO LIVE IT OTHER WAY , SO LETS LIVE IT TOGETHER.:)
